ISO 9001:2015 with Design
The National Telephone Supply Company Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001:2015 with Design standard, as of May 2, 2017. This globally recognized certification of quality management system standards supports our commitment to create and maintain quality processes that ensure consistency, visibility, and accountability for our products.
The demanding certification and audit process demonstrates our dedication to provide the highest-quality standards in product design, manufacturing and services that meet or surpass our customers’ expectations. We’re delighted to serve our customers even better through the well-defined and documented processes this certification requires. While we’ve always been committed to quality in our products and services, this certification ensures a more productive environment through faster identification and resolution of quality issues, among many other benefits.
Our decision to become ISO 9001:2015 with Design certified was proactive and voluntary. Our operation underwent an evaluation process that included: quality management system development, a management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, and clearance of non-conformances, all of which work to identify corrective actions that eliminate non-conformance to the quality management standard.
ISO compliance must be verified through an independent agency on a regular basis. We partnered with Smithers Quality Assessments, www.smithersregistrar.com, an accredited quality and environmental management systems certification body, to achieve our ISO 9001:2015 certification.
